JESSE COLLINS / DIRECTOR

Director, camera operator, drone pilot and editor Jesse Collins holds a Bachelor of Media specialising in Screen and Sound and is based in Perth, Western Australia. He also completed a post-graduate diploma in Media Production at Murdoch University.

Jesse has produced corporate videos for Greening Australia for 6 years that includes interviewing people in the regions about biodiverse revegetation for habitat and carbon. He also edits and creates visual effects for music videos, short films and corporate videos. Jesse has filmed on the stadium camera for Show Screens at live AFL and WAFL games.

Still photography credits include The Burning Kiss feature and Greenfield the web-series.

Jesse paints with oil paint as well, 'The Old Shed at Sunrise' sold to the Toodyay Shire under their Acquisitions Prize and entered into the Royal Agricultural Show Art Awards 2012 on his behalf. Jesse was accepted into the 2015 Perth Royal Show Art Awards with 'The Spaceman', won the Be Very You competition at the Beverley Agricultural Society Show 2018. Jesse then went on to win a Highly Commended certificate at the 50th Beverley Art Prize in 2018, and in the same year won the Best Exhibit in the art section at the Toodyay Agricultural Society Show. In 2019, Jesse won the Toodyay Art Awards Acquisition Prize for a second time, and his artwork 'Chilling in the Shade' was displayed and sold at the Essence of Rottnest Art Exhibition 2019.
